Does
God have people march and lead them into victory?
Have I ever
seen this happen in churches in Central New York before? Yes.
In a Sunday morning service at
the Name of Jesus Christian Ministries in Syracuse, NY Dr. Chet Sapino the
pastor and the congregation were inspired by the Holy Spirit to do a
victor march throughout the sanctuary and since the Holy Spirit told them to
do it they did. My wife’s mentor Madline Verraro said to me “join in and
crush the devils bones”. I am sorry to say I was too young at that time in the
things of the Lord and wasn’t obedient.

Is there any example in the
word of God?
Joshua 6:1
Now Jericho was tightly shut because of the sons of Israel; no one went
out and no one came in.
2 And the LORD said to Joshua, "See, I have given Jericho
into your hand, with its king {and} the valiant warriors.
3 "And you shall march
around the city, all the men of war circling the city once. You shall do so for
six days.
4 "Also seven priests shall carry seven trumpets of
rams' horns before the ark; then on the seventh day you
shall march around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the
trumpets.
5 "And it shall be that when they make a long blast
with the ram's horn, and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people
shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city will fall down flat,
and the people will go up every man straight ahead." (NAS)
Josh 6:20
Have I seen other things? Yes.
I was at a service in Syracuse, NY Abundant Life Christian Center and a
man ran around the sanctuary about four or five times.
Was it inspired by the Holy Spirit, I don’t know.
At another service in the same place I was not in attendance a man from
Cortland, NY was inspired by the Holy Spirit to do the same thing and he did.
I knew this man personally and he was very humble maybe to the point of
even being bashful but the Holy Spirit told him to do it and he was obedient.
These things have been
happening at Victory Christian Center and I just wanted to share what little bit
I have seen in the past along with what I have read in the bible.

In church we sometimes take
our shoes off because God has told us we have entered in and it is holy
ground.
Is there an example of this in
the bible? Yes.
Joshua 5:11 And on the day after the Passover, on that very day, they ate
some of the produce of the land, unleavened cakes and parched {grain}
12 And the manna ceased on the
day after they had eaten some of the produce of the land, so that the sons of
Israel no longer had manna, but they ate some of the yield of the land of Canaan
during that year.
13 Now it came about when
Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, a man
was standing opposite him with his sword drawn in his hand, and Joshua went to
him and said to him, "Are you for us or for our adversaries?"
14 And he said, "No,
rather I indeed come now {as} captain of the host of the LORD." And Joshua
fell on his face to the earth, and bowed down, and said to him, "What has
my lord to say to his servant?"
15 And the captain of the
LORD'S host said to Joshua, "Remove your sandals from
your feet, for the place where you are standing is holy." And Joshua
did so. (NAS)
